Vintage Painted Head Action Man with Blonde painted hair (Hard Head) with painted Rivets. Nice condition face and hands with minor eyebrow paint rub, holds a pose well, he may have some of the typical cracks/splits which these vintage painted head figures suffer from but nothing that effects pose.
